With a background in entertainment, education and live event production Billy Schultz has over 15 years experience engaging and delighting audiences of a diverse range of ages, cultures and industries. Whether developing arts education curriculum, performing live for a major television network, or developing a creative vision for audience growth and strategic partnerships, Billy works with a balance of light-hearted creativity, daring invention and attentive collaboration.
Billy has performed in various theater festivals around the US, as well as in Italy, France, Spain and Germany. Here in NYC he’s performed at BAM, the Guggenheim Museum and Webster Hall. As a producer, his comedy dance game show, Dancify That has been called “stunningly creative”, “hilarious”, and “a new form of entertainment.” He takes improv classes at the Magnet Theater and is a collaborator with performance collective, Dance To the People.
He works for the New Victory Theater, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Arts Exchange, and the Brooklyn Public Library as a teaching artist and in curriculum development and public engagement.
